Rooted in Nature, Growing with Purpose

Seed & Sustain is an eco-conscious initiative dedicated to promoting native, Ayurvedic, and rare plant species, along with natural Gomay (cow-based) products. We began our journey with the simple aim of connecting people to India’s rich biodiversity, one sapling at a time.

What started as a small plant drive is now a growing green movement – reaching homes, offices, and institutions across Pune. We focus on sustainability, local ecology, and education through every product and project we offer.

Mr. Manoj Chaudhari

•Director at Seed & Sustain. •Holds an MBA in Marketing and PGDBM in Business Analytics.

•Has over 15 years of experience in marketing and business analysis. •Actively involved in nature conservation activities with reputed NGOs.

•A passionate nature lover committed to promoting sustainable practices.

COO - Operation

Mr. Manik Dharmadhikari

•Director at Seed & Sustain.

•Holds an MBA in Finance with over 15 years of experience in finance and administration.

•Proprietor of S S Nurseries and Gardening, renowned for native and medicinal plants.

•Certified in Field Botany from Agharkar Research Institute, Pune.

•Founder-Director of Nisargraja Mitra Jiwanche, an NGO dedicated to native plant conservation

Mr. Rahul Gholap

•Director at Seed & Sustain.

•Holds a Master’s degree in Geomorphology. •Has 15+ years of experience in GIS (Geographic Information Systems).

•Contributed to several UGC research projects on Mangroves, Khar land Development, and Rural Development. •Founder Director of the NGO Nisargraja Mitra Jiwanche, focused on native plant conservation.

•District Coordinator of Mission Easy Water Literacy, promoting groundwater awareness.

•Actively conducts training and fieldwork under the guidance of Mr. Upendra Dhonde, Senior Scientist, Central Ground Water Board.

MR. UPENDRA DHONDE

•Educational Qualification: M.Sc. in Geology.

•Expertise: Renowned Hydrogeologist with deep expertise in ground water studies.

•Experience: •20+ years of research experience in Ground Water exploration and conservation.

•Served as a Scientist with CGWB (Central Ground Water Board) across India.

•Initiatives: •Founder of "Easy Water Literacy Mission" to educate the public about water conservation, especially focusing on Ground Water.

•Authorship: •Authored several books addressing various aspects of ground water conservation, challenges, and solutions in Maharashtra.

MR. MANOJ HADAWALE

•Educational Qualification: M.Sc. in Agriculture.

•Expertise: Vast experience in Agro Tourism and Cultural Tourism.

•Achievements:

•Maharashtra’s First Tourism Trainer.

•Trained over 2500 students and farmers in tourism.

•Author: Wrote the book 'Agritourism – an Agri-allied Business'.

•Leadership:

•Founder Member of Junnar Tourism Development Organization. •Tourism Advisor to NSC (National Seeds Corporation). •Collaboration: Works closely with MTDC for tourism development.
